Sharmella Persaud helps lead Cottage Home Care, supporting the teams and systems behind daily care delivery for families across every state we operate in.

In addition to her office management role, Sharmella also leads the HR and Nursing departments, giving her a cross-functional view of both the people who work at Cottage Home Care and the clinical team that delivers care to clients.

Sharmella's role puts her at the center of how Cottage Home Care supports its own staff — from hiring and onboarding to the administrative backbone that keeps every department running on schedule.
